Quality Assurance : Quality has been the most important element of our business operations that has helped us establish our company at the zenith of the industry. Facilities Available : We have modern facilities required in the production process. Our manufacturing unit located at GIDC – Sarigam (Gujarat), India is 160 Kilometers far from Mumbai, which is accessible both by road and rail. It is spread over a large area of 2150 square meter with built up area of 8000 square feet. We have also developed GMP facility for the accreditation of FDA approval of state government, Gujarat. It has been inspected by FDA and has been approved for cGMP Quality System ICH Q7 adopted by company. Mentioned below are the features of our GMP facilities: 2 (Six) separate production lines with GMP. These production lines comply norms under FDA guidelines. The equipment are made with Special Steel (SS 316) to avoid contamination. The Finished Goods Powder Processing Area has class 100000 clean area. This area has absolutely no level of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles and chemical vapors. Through High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) and Ultra Low Penetration Air (ULPA) filters, the air entered into clean room is filtered to remove dust and internally generated contaminants. Water Systems for deminirelised supply to plant for cleaning and producing APIs. The Quality Check Laboratory is well equipped with modern facilities along with Wet Chemistry Lab and Instrument Lab. State-of-the-art HPLCs (5), HPLC UV Detector for method development and validation are available in Instrument Laboratory.
