Special Matar Paratha Recipe for This Winter

Ingrdients

1. 5 cups of green pea  2 cups of wheat flour  ½ tsp cumin seed  1 tbsp roasted Besan  1-2 tbsp coriander 1 chopped green chili  1 tsp hing  1/3 tsp garam masala  Salt (to taste)  Ghee (as required)

Prepare the filling

Steam or boil peas until soft. Mash them into a paste. Now add cumin seeds, roasted besan, coriander, green chillies, hing, garam masala, and salt.

Take whole wheat flour, add a pinch of salt, and knead into a smooth dough using water. Cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Knead The Dough

Stuff Paratha

Take a dough ball, flatten it, and place the matar filling inside. Seal the edges and flatten it using a rolling pin without spilling the filling.

Cook  the Paratha

Heat a tava and place the rolled paratha on it. Cook until golden spots appear on it. Brush with ghee to roast it properly. Serve with white butter
