Simple Ragi Dosa Recipe for a Balanced Diet

Ingredients

1 cup ragi flour,  1/4 cup rice flour,  1/4 cup curd,  1/2 tsp cumin seeds,  Salt to taste,  water as needed,  oil or ghee for cooking

Step 1

Combine ragi flour, rice flour, curd, cumin seeds, and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually to make a smooth, runny batter

Set the batter aside for 15-20 minutes to allow the ingredients to blend properly.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet on medium heat and grease it lightly with oil or ghee.

Pour a ladle of batter onto the tawa, spreading it evenly. Drizzle some oil and cook until the edges lift. Flip if needed.

Step 5

Remove the dosa from the pan and serve hot with chutney or sambar for the best taste.
