Prepare the Dough
Start by taking whole wheat flour (atta) in a bowl. Gradually add a little water and knead it into a smooth, soft dough. Let it rest for a bit - trust us, it'll make a difference.
Make The Stuffing
For the stuffing, grate some fresh paneer and mix it with finely chopped green chillies, coriander, onion, & your choice of spices. Stir it all together & set it aside
Grab a small portion of the dough and roll it out roughly. Place a generous spoonful of the paneer filling in the centre, then seal the edges. Flatten it and roll it out again.
Roll Out Gently
Heat up your tawa and gently transfer the paratha onto it. Let one side cook before spreading a little ghee on the other. Flip it over & cook until both sides are golden & crispy.
Cook It Prefectly
Serve it Right
Once your paratha is perfectly cooked and has that lovely brown colour, take it off the heat. Serve it hot with a side of dahi, chutney, or pickle of your choice. Enjoy!
