Plain Puri
A traditional fried bread prepared from whole wheat flour (atta) and commonly eaten with side dishes of spicy or sweet preparations.
Masala Puri
Whole wheat flour puris with spices such as cumin, turmeric, and chili powder to make them spicy.
Puri is mixed with spinach puree which gives it a green color and a slight spinach taste.
Palak Puri

A large, soft and crispy fried bread prepared from maida, which is usually eaten with chickpea curry known as chole.
Aloo Puri
Puri which is a deep-fried flat bread filled with a spicy mashed potato mixture is usually taken in the morning or as a tea time snack.
Luchi
Like puri but prepared from all-purpose flour (maida), which is commonly found in Bengali cuisine and is eaten with different types of curries.
Suji Puri
Puri is made with methi or fenugreek leaves which gives a bitter and slightly earthy taste.
