Aloe Vera
Rub aloe vera gel on the acne scars. Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effects that can help in the process of skin repair and regeneration.
Squeeze the juice from a lemon and dip a cotton ball in it and apply it on the scars. Lemon juice contains vitamin C and has the ability to bleach the skin hence can be used to fade away the scars.

Massage the raw honey on the scars and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before washing it off. Honey has antimicrobial properties and can be used to reduce the visibility of scars.

Baking Soda
Mix baking soda with water to form a paste and apply it on the scars and then massage it in circular motion. It has abrasive action that can be used to reduce the appearance of scars and improve skin texture.
Tea Tree Oil
Mix tea tree oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil and then massage the scars with it. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help in the reduction of acne scars.
Cucumber
Mash the cucumber and make a paste out of it and apply it on the scars. Cucumber has a cooling effect that can be used to enhance the texture of the skin and reduce inflammation.
