Chicken cubes, thick yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, oil, and skewers.
Mix yoghurt, spices, lemon juice, and oil. Coat chicken cubes thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least two hours for deep flavour infusion.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, ensuring even spacing for uniform cooking.
Grill on medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Alternatively, bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, then broil.
