• You must be able to invest a minimum of INR 98,000 to buy a 7-piece set of our irrigation system that comprises 10 valves each.

• You must have knowledge about the agricultural equipment and machine market.

• You must be able to accurately explain product features and represent the brand to farmers.

• If a distributor wishes to undertake the distributorship of a district, it is mandatory for them to initially purchase products worth INR 98,000 from the company. (INR 98,000 for each district)

• The distributor is required to sell products worth INR 7,00,000 to INR 8,00,000 in a year in one district. Otherwise, the distributorship may be terminated. (Each order must be worth at least INR 98,000)

• Distributors cannot sell our products to any other company without the our permission.

• The final selling price to the consumer will be determined by the company; distributors cannot sell to consumers at a higher price.

• The distributor cannot directly sell products to any customer. If any customer contacts the company, the company will inform the distributor.

• In no circumstances can a distributor appoint another distributor in their territory.

• The company does not provide facilities for marketing, wear and tear, or office expenses to the distributor.

• After receiving orders and payments from distributors, the company will dispatch products within 10 to 12 days, and the transportation cost from the company to the distributor will be borne by the company.

• The distributor cannot appoint any other person without written permission from the company.

• In case of any dispute between the distributor, retailer, and consumer regarding the purchase and sale of the company's products, the distributor will immediately inform the company so that the company can provide an appropriate resolution to the distributor.
