Requirements to Become Distributors
To become our distributors, they should have a storage space of 200 sq. ft. and require to invest minimum 35-40K.
To become Distributor Minimum Order Quantity of Below Items to be Fulfilled :- (i) Bijori - 20kg (ii) Lai Badi - 20kg (iii) Urad Dal Badi - 20kg (iv) Chawal Papad - 10kg
The Distributor is responsible for providing a clean, dry, and pest-free storage facility. Any damage to products due to improper storage will be the sole liability of the Distributor.
The Distributor shall not sell products above the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Any unauthorized discounting that hampers the brand's market position is strictly prohibited.
The Distributor must use only the official marketing material and logos provided by Chhattisgarhi Gadhkalewa. No third-party branding or alteration of packaging is allowed.
Either party can terminate this agreement by giving a 30-day written notice. However, in case of a breach of quality standards, the Brand reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately.
The Brand will only replace products that have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during transit from the factory. Any damage caused by improper storage at the Distributor's warehouse or items past their expiry date will NOT be replaced or refunded.
During the term of this agreement, the Distributor shall not manufacture or sell any competing traditional Chhattisgarhi food products that are similar to the Brand's product line.
Order Processing & Lead Time: The Brand (Chhattisgarhi Gadhkalewa) requires a standard lead time of 15 working days to freshly prepare and dispatch the products from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment. However, in the case of unusually large order volumes or high-value bulk orders, the preparation time may be extended. In such cases, the revised dispatch timeline will be communicated and mutually agreed upon at the time of order placement.
Payment shall be made in advance while placing an Order.
Shipping charges will be borne by Distributor.
Strict Trade Margin Compliance & Price Control "The Company shall provide a fixed margin of 10% on the M.R.P. to the Distributor. It is strictly mandatory for the Distributor to pass on a fixed margin of 20% on the M.R.P. to the Dealers. Any failure to provide this 20% margin to the Dealers, or any manipulation in the trade margin structure, will be considered a severe breach of this contract. In such an event, the Company reserves the absolute right to terminate the distributorship agreement immediately without any prior notice.
