We are engaged in manufacturing and trading a variety of namkeen, such as Ratlami Sev, Farsi Puri, Methi Puri, Dry Bhel, and many others. We also offer Waffers like Potato Plain, and Banana Plain, Pani Puri of Wheat and Suji Flour; Suji Pasta in shapes like Penne, Fussili, and Macroni. Our Kachoris and Cookies are also popular among consumers for their mouth-watering taste.

We are passionately running our business by supplying a range of food products in packs of different quantities. We wish to see packs of our brand, MADHVESH, on the racks of various retail stores, supermarkets, and online sites. Marketing Channel

• We want to set our initial market in the State of Gujarat by appointing a minimum of 5 distributors in big cities of Gujarat.

• We appoint distributor by checking that each of them must have 3 to 5 years of experience of trading namkeen and have excellent channel of marketing.

• We appoint individuals or companies for distributorship after checking that they must have a minimum of 500 to 750 sq. ft. area to store the goods

• We have set criteria of investing a minimum of Rs.1.5 lacs to Rs.2 lacs to take our distributorship.

Payment Terms

• Simple deposit of Rs.25000/- refundable bearing interest of 9% till the distribution period.

• After placing the orders, our distributors have to make payments by transferring through RTGS/NEFT against the raised invoice.

• Once we receive the payment in our bank account, orders are dispatched within 24 hrs.

• We levy applicable GST on goods and extra charges as per the prevailing laws.

• We have made it clear that the transportation cost till transporter office in Ahmedabad will be borne by the supplier, other transporter charges will be on part of buyer.

• Goods once sold will be not taken back, except within 7 days from the days of receipt.

• We accept return of goods only when there is a manufacturing defect and it has been not more than 7 days of purchase by checking the date of receipt of materials by buyer.

• We do not accept returns after the shelf life of the products is over. Even we do not make replacements in such circumstances.

• Our Namkeen products have good shelf life of 120 to 150 days as compared to 90 days given by other namkeen manufacturers.

• We offer products that are made in hygienic conditions by our by skilled experts.

• All of our products are strictly tested, before getting packed.
