Distributorship requirments:

HOMTEK INDIA SNACKS MANUFACTURING CO. marketing partner ‘DWARKA MARKETING’ requires the following terms and conditions to be fulfilled to assign dealers for our products and we would like to initiate service from CAG Distributors for India.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment Mode - Complete advance payment on issue of Performa Invoice.
2. Damage & Replacement - Company shall issue 1.5% discount on bill for all damage & replacement and shall not be liable to entertain any such claims.
3. Sales Support - Every stockiest shall be assigned with either 3% discount on bill for marketing or a sales agent, for liquidation purpose.
4. Area Allotment - Every Stockiest must handle at least of 1 (one) complete district as area under it and company may alter and re allot area coverage at its discretion.
5. Billing -
   1. Every stockiest must order minimum of Rs. 420000\- (Four Lakhs Twenty Thousand) only. Which must have both snacks and namkeen division products.
   2. Every stockiest must bill products from both our division i.e., namkeens and snacks.
   3. Minimum order quantity of must be 425 cases comprising both the divisions.
   4. Security Deposit - We do not require any type of advance security deposit from the stockiest, they shall get products equivalent to the amount deposited by them as per the Performa Invoice.
   5. The company will never be liable for any cash mishandling by its sales agents. It is highly prescribed that do not hand cash to any sales agent.
   6. Dispatch - On receiving the payment against the raised Performa Invoice, the goods will be dispatched within 48 hours and any delay shall be compensated by the company by providing F.D. Rate of interest for the delay caused to the stockiest.
