We have our mines in Iran and sound factories from where our products are procured. We are the only business entity to offer HDMR grade gypsum powder in India. Our gypsum powder are manufactured to the highest standards and have won many international awards to us in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka in a short span of 5 years. Now, we aim to expand our operations to Maharashtra.

In the years ahead, gypsum is going to be in high demand because of a viable substitute for cement. It is anticipated that the distributor will satisfy the demand and possess adequate financial stability and market position. The distributor would be our main point of supply for local dealers, builders, construction firms, and final consumers. Therefore, the dealer needs to have enough infrastructure for material distribution and stocking.

After appointing distributors, we do not take any deposits and allow them to request supplies, which are then brought by us into India from our plants in Iran. We perfectly handle all the clearing formalities at the port and our distributor are responsible to handle loading/unloading and transport to his godown.

We belong to a market, which has a huge potential in terms of volume. In order to plaster a 2 BHK flat, one needs to have a minimum of 100 bags of gypsum powder. The container load which we offer is enough for plastering around 10 flats. Our distributors can easily estimate the volume required and handsome discounts. Conditions to Appoint Distributorship

• Our distributor will have to work within the Maharashtra at the district/town level only, where they have been appointed. They are free to import the materials, and then supply them to dealers within their jurisdiction, construction companies, builders and end users.

• Our distributors must have sufficient financial strength to procure material and handle business expenses. They have to buy a minimum order quantity of 1120 bags of 25 kgs each. The per box of gypsum powder costs from Rs.3.50 lac to Rs.5.00 lac on grade of material being procured and volumes would also very high. They must be capable of having sufficient cash flow of around Rs.25 to Rs. 50 lakh to meet the requirements.

• Our distributors must have their godown space of around 3,000 sq.ft. and a sound shop and distribution network.

• Our distributing partner must be capable of attaining the sale volume of Rs.1.00 crore and depending on his network and local construction activity.
