Distributorship Criteria (Terms and Conditions)

- Distributor whose annual turnover for “FISH” brand candles will be in the range of Rs. 20 Lakh & above will get a discount of 5% on the existing “Manufacturer’s price list” rates in the bill itself.
- Distributor’s single order should be for a minimum 25 cartons.
- Distributor will get free delivery of the goods.
- Distributor will directly market our products in his area. All customer’s inquiries received by us from areas represented by distributor, will be forwarded to him.
- The Maximum Retail Price (M.R.P.) printed on cartons varies from 30% - 60%.
- Distributor will not deal / sell any brand of Candles other than “FISH” brand Candles.
- Payment 100% in advance, Demand Draft payable at Mumbai branch RTGS / NEFT.
