Fiem Industries Limited (FIEM) is one of the leading manufacturers of LED Lighting products ,Automotive Lighting, Signaling Equipments, Rear View Mirrors, Sheet Metal and Plastic Parts in India with latest addition as Canister. With strong presence in automotive components industry, company has diversified 8 years back into LED Luminaries for indoor and outdoor applications and Integrated Passenger Information System with LED Display (IPIS). Company was founded by Mr. J.K. Jain, who is a first generation entrepreneur. He has a rich experience of about 45 years in automotive components industry and is one of the pioneers of the automotive lighting industry in India. Presently he is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.
We have 9 manufacturing plants across India. The proximity of our plants to our customers facilitate efficient logistic with cost saving and timely delivery. The core strength and most valuable asset of the Company is the dedicated human capital, which synergize to deliver best quality products to the customers. We manufacture a wide range of automotive systems and parts i.e. automotive lighting systems & signaling equipment, automotive LED lighting systems, rear view mirrors, sheet metal parts and plastic parts for two, three and four wheelers. Our diversified products portfolio ranging from automotive head lamps, LED head lamps, tail lamps, signaling lamps, LED tail lamps, LED signaling lamps, rear view mirrors, roof lamps, warning triangles, complete rear fender assembly, frame assembly, mudguards and various sheet metal & plastic parts etc. are capable of catering to the needs of almost all segments of automobile industry viz., two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, LCVs, HTVs, tractors and Electrical Vehicles as well. In our diversification plan, we added Canister in our product portfolio. In LED Luminaries segment, we have developed more than 100 new generation LED luminaires & lamps including LED regular Bulbs, LED Emergency Bulbs, 3 in 1 Colour bulbs, Dimmable Bulbs ,Tube Lights, Down Lighters, Panel Lights, Street Lights, Bay Lights, Flood Lights etc. catering to all segment of customers like domestic, commercial, industrial institutional and government and both of their indoor and outdoor lighting requirements. In IPIS (Integrated Passenger Information System), we are manufacturing and supplying large number of products to Indian Railways for modernization of Indian Railways, besides that we are supplying various LED display systems for Buses to State Road Transports, Schools etc.
In quest for continuous improvement, Company has acquired certifications such as IATF, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 9001:2008. Our R&D Centre in India is recognized by Department of Science & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. Our Photometry Laboratory for LED Luminaires as well as for Automotive Lighting is accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). As a result of all these, we are a preferred tier-1 supplier for automotive OEMs and caters to esteemed OEMs not only in India but also in foreign countries like Japan, Europe, Asia and USA. We are registered & approved by various Govt. departments. Our Company is the first lighting company in India to get brand approval from DGQA (Directorate General of Quality assurance, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India) for Lighting products which approves FIEM products for quality & reliability.
