We emphasis on in house development of product. We have small Lab and R & D Centre. Also a small pilot level wire drawing plant to test our products. The product range includes dry powders Calcium based and Sodium based. With use of these lubricant systems you will build in quality control at Wire Drawing Stage i.e. drawn wires will be having consistent UTS (uniform tensile strength) and Elongation through out the length of wires. Wires will get protected from rusting for longer period during storage at your end and at customers place prior to further processing. Wire breakages due to work hardening will be eliminated resulting in reduced down time of plant and getting more output. Number of die consumed will reduce; hence saving in investment, interest thereof and even dies reused for higher sizes. Increase in production due to avoiding frequent die changing and breakage of wires. Actual measurement can be estimated but advantages & result thereof can be measured by you.
