Krishna's Tea is a tea repackaging and manufacturing company that operates in South Bengali districts using the distributor-retailer network general trade model for its loose blended tea in wholesale bags and packaged tea in jars. In addition, our founder is a member of a century-old tea company in Kolkata that deals in bulk tea trading throughout India. At the moment, Krishna's Tea is hiring distributors in every South Bengali district and municipal corporation.

Requirements to Become Distributors

Storage Space: To maintain inventory, a minimum of 500 square feet is needed.

Investment Capacity: Rs. 2 lakh - 5 lakh must be invested initially.

Business Experience: It is preferred if you have previous beverage distribution experience.

Logistics Support: Timely product delivery through effective transportation.

Benefits the Distributors Will Get

Distributorship will be given on sub-division area basis in different districts of South Bengal.

25% of first order against performa invoice has to be paid upfront for documentation. Delivery will be done within 15 working days of order.

Balance amount to be paid before shipment of goods. All transaction to be done on cash & carry model.

Goods once sold will only be replaced if found damaged / expiry date are reached.

Distributor must have minimum two salesperson for generating order/ delivery & collection from market.

Company will provide periodical sales & marketing support in distributor area.

Monthly target of minimum 1000 kg / rs. 2,50,000/- of sale required to keep the distributorship within first two months.

Distributor’s salesperson must use company provided fsm app for market visit/ order activities.

Company will pay 1 salesperson's salary if distributor meets minimum sales target of 1000kg and 2 salesperson's salary if distributor have sale of more than 2500 kg per month.

Distributor can appoint sub-dealer/ wholesaler within his territory but cannot sale to territory outside his allotted area.
