Requirements to Become Distributors
We market these products directly to end customers and indirectly through distributors.
It is a technical product and hence the distributor should have fair technical knowledge of boiler and its use.
Distributor himself or his team members need to be present personally during demonstration of additive performance in customer's boiler for 3-10 days depending on the size of the boiler.
Distributor can purchase the products at dealer price and sell to end customer at a rate of his choice. Hexagon will not interfere in end customer pricing. In this case distributor has to make 100% advance payment along with PO.
Distributor can get us customer to whom Hexagon bills directly and pays sales commission to distributor. This applies only for prestigious corporate customers. Commission in this case will be paid after payment from customer is realized.
The distributors have to invest minimum INR 50-75K rupees and must have 100 sq. ft. storage space.
