Established in the year 1963 by our Grandparents in Bengaluru, today we are the third generation in the family line running the traditional candy business with the same tradition, authenticity and more vigour. For us the traditional candy business runs in our blood and we cherish it as part and parcel of our lives. We at Laksme’s are committed to spreading the goodness of the wholesome, healthy and rich candy snacks made using the same traditional formulae used by our grandparents following the same old traditional methods without using any preservatives or additives used in the modern day commercial candy snacks. We want our valuable customers to feel the authentic taste of our healthy traditional candy snacks. The Peanut Candy is our speciality among the various other healthy traditional snacks that we manufacture. Our manufacturing unit is located at Tuticorin and our products are widely available in major retail shops and the leading retail chains like Nilgiris, Madras Spices, Prime Mart, Saravana Super Store Cheers supermarket, Natesan supermarket, Pandian supermarket, Jeeva stores, Shankara supermarket, Sri Krishna shopping mall, i-mart, velavan hypermarket and saravana ideal home. The most important feature of our brand snacks, which is the key differentiator compared to the other snack brands available in the market is that, we use only the traditional method for making all our candy snacks which gives them a great taste. Also all our raw materials are handpicked from the native areas best known for producing the respective authentic traditional raw materials.
