To achieve high reflux rates efficiency, critical design elements include hot oil heater design, reactor heat transfer efficiency condenser-efficiency, separator design, reflux system, reactor temperature control, reactor cleaning system, reactor discharge system, down stream tankage, filtration and filling to handle the rapid throughout, which we have successfully implemented in our plants and have achieved.
