The Indian market is flooded with brands that offer sanitary napkins that are synthetic material. They cause itchiness, rashes, and distress to many women every month during their menses.
Due to this reason, Swati Shah and Sejal Gandhi founded Stayzy Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. and through this company they manufacture and supply high-quality cotton sanitary napkins. Offered under the brand name Stayzy, these napkins do not cause any rashes or any other skin problems. The unique thing about our products is that they are made carefully by women for women.
Our journey has been full of hurdles as initially our business plan was to purchase sanitary napkins from Indian manufacturers and then sell those across India. But this plan was not successful due to the lack of support from Indian suppliers. At last, our founders were forced to go to China and find a manufacturer of quality assured sanitary napkins. There they find a machine that can help them in manufacturing superior grade and skin-friendly sanitary napkins and related products. This machine is currently 100 feet tall can produce up to produce 400 pads in a minute. The area of our manufacturing unit was 80 square feet but after two years it was 40,000 square feet. In addition to this, our number of workers is also increasing at a rapid rate. In the coming years, we will also add baby diapers, razors, baby wipes, etc to our products list. Based in Vasai East, Palghar, Maharastra, India, Stayzy Hygiene Private Limited was started on 26th November 2018 and it is an ISO-certified company. Our founders have also received an award for "Entrepreneur of the Year" for Indian achievers. Currently, this business organization is supported by 90 distributors.
We are now looking for city-level distributors across India who can help in our market expansion.
