Teleecare network belongs the Optiemus group. Optiemus Infracom is a listed company in India stock exchange and has been involved with telecom and technology related products and services for the last 25 years.

 Teleecare has been at the centre of the Indian mobile industry since its inception. Teleecare in its 25 years long journey has been a proud distributor many big brands like Nokia, Samsung, and HTC.

 Teleecare also owns and operates their self-owned brands namely

- Molife accessories since 2006,

- Zen mobiles since 2007, and

- Kult mobiles since 2015.
