1. Introduction

Wallantq Gallery is a premium brand specializing in handcrafted wooden wall art.

2. Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a registered business.

- Minimum order value: Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 3 Lac 

- Must hold a valid GST number (India) or reseller permit (international).

Tier Order Commitment Discount on MRP Rights

Tier 1 (Starter) 25+ pieces 20% Standard

Tier 2 (Regional) 100+ pieces quarterly 30% Regional preference

Tier 3 (Exclusive) Rs. 10 lakh+ quarterly 40% Exclusive city/region

4. Payment Terms

- 50% advance at the time of order confirmation.

- 50% before dispatch.

Distributors do not have the right to alter pricing, scheme benefits, or represent Wallantq outside of the agreed region.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat, India (or your chosen legal location).
