Requirements to Become Franchises

We award franchises based on qualifications including, but not limited to:

• Net worth of $ 6.6lacs+ / INR 05 Crs + and liquidity of $ 1.3lacs + / INR 1Crs + Commitment

• Retail or Hospitality experience

• Integrity

• Energy and enthusiasm

• General compatibility with the concept.

Above all, we're looking for people who share our loyal dedication to provide amazing customer service.

 

You will also need to be able to make a fairly significant financial investment. Building a beautiful ZAH Destination doesn't come cheap - the initial all-in cost to open a ZAH ranges from Rs. 50 Lacs - 75 Lacs depending on the location & area for a 1500-2000 sq.ft. property.

 

Site Selection?

Finding great locations for every ZAH is a collaboration between the franchisee, our corporate team, and a preferred real estate partner, who specializes in retail tenant representation.

The Franchisee Partner needs to hire the right Real Estate Broker & give the right brief of the requirements along with tentative budget to ensure we get the right options.

When it time comes to start the process, we will share lots of information about our target demographic. But we quickly learned that it'€™s pretty much people who want to be pampered.

• Complete store design, development and construction support services.
