Requirements to Become Distributors

1. Showroom & Space Requirements:

  • Minimum Area: 400 - 2,000 sq. ft.
  • Front Display: 10 - 20 ft. of frontage for visibility.
  • Parking Facilities: Adequate parking for customer convenience.

2. Investment Requirements:

  • Initial Investment: Rs.5 - Rs.60 lakhs in electronic products and electric vehicles.
  • Franchise Fee: Rs. 11 lakhs (100% discount provided as part of the offer).

3. Electrical Load:

  • Minimum Electrical Load: 3-10 kW, as approved by the local electricity department.

4. Manpower Hiring:

  • The Franchisee is responsible for hiring and managing the showroom staff.
  • The option exists to request trained personnel from the Franchisor at the Franchisee's expense.

5. Product Exclusivity:

  • The showroom must exclusively sell products provided by the Franchisor and cannot stock or sell competing products.

6. Stock Availability & Ordering:

  • The Franchisee must maintain a minimum of one unit of each product in stock.
  • Orders must be placed based on the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) specified by the Franchisor.

7. Authorized Sales Channels:

  • The Franchisee is authorized to operate through the following sales channels within designated district pin codes:
    • B2B (Business-to-Business)
    • Retail
    • Government Supply
    • Institutional Supply

8. Online Sales Rights:

  • The Franchisee must adhere to the Franchisor's guidelines and policies for online sales and e-commerce platforms.

9. Marketing and Advertising:

  • Franchisee Responsibility: Local advertising and promotional activities.
  • Franchisor Approval: All advertising materials must receive prior approval from the Franchisor before use.

  • In case of termination, the Franchisor will support stock transfers based on the situation.

8. Sales & Performance Targets:

  • Franchisees are required to meet sales targets and performance metrics, which could lead to adjusted terms based on performance.

9. Technology & Systems:
