Prepare muffins, bread, or cakes with overripe bananas, apples, or berries. Ripe fruits are naturally sweet and when incorporated into baked products, they provide moisture and flavor.
Sauce
You can also fry overripe fruits with a little sugar or honey to make a fruit compote or sauce. It is best eaten as a topping over pancakes, waffles, yogurt or ice cream.
