Moisturising Face Mask
Combine curd with honey and some olive oil to make a moisturizing face mask. Apply this mixture to your face and leave it for around 15–20 minutes before washing it off.
Combine the curd with the oatmeal or sugar to make an exfoliating scrub. In circular motions, massage the mixture onto the face to clear dead skin cells and unclog pores.
Exfoliating Scrub
The lactic acid in curd has the natural ability to exfoliate, which can help improve acne and blemishes. Spread a thin layer of plain yogurt on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. After that, wash it off.
Acne Treatment
Sunburn Soothing Mask
Mix curd with aloe Vera gel and cucumber juice to create a soothing mask for sunburned skin. The cooling properties of curd can provide relief from sunburn discomfort.
Brightening Face Pack
By mixing curd with a teaspoon of turmeric and a few drops of lemon juice, you will have a face pack that will help to brighten your skin. Smear the mixture on your face and neck evenly, leave it for 15-20 minutes, and then wash it off.
Hair Conditioner
Curd (yogurt) contains proteins and vitamins that can help to condition and nourish your hair, thus making it soft and manageable.
