Our product range includes Cloves Whole (Laung), Garam Masala Whole, Black Mustard Seeds (Kali Rai), Bay Leaves (Tej Patta), Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi), Nigella Seeds (Kalonji), Sesame Seeds (Safed Til), and many more. We cater to gourmet kitchens, retailers, and health-conscious consumers seeking unadulterated spices.


Since inception, HANSHA has continuously strengthened its production capabilities and expanded its portfolio to include premium ground and powdered spices while maintaining the same rigorous quality standards. Today, we offer around 23 varieties of whole spices covering major market segments. With a vision to become one of the leading names in the spice industry within five years, we are actively seeking city-specific distributors across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Requirements to Become Distributors


1) Minimum investment required is INR 30,000/- for enrolling as companies distributor.


2) 50% of the invested amount has to be paid upfront and remaining 50% will compulsory be paid on sharing the LR (Lorry Receipt).


3) Distributor will submit the necessary GST/trade tax returns to the concerned authorities and remit tax for the sales made by him, the company shall not be held responsible for any levy of GST/trade taxes that is in excess of the amount of tax collected by the distributor. The distributor shall be responsible for the payment of taxes and any default in this regard shall be the liability of the distributor.


4) Transportation charges will be born by the distributor for order value below 1.00 Lac actual freight receipt / LR will be shared by the company. Company will bear the transportation for all the orders having order value 1.00 Lac and above.


5) Usually company process and dispatch the order within 5 to 7 working days against their purchase order, in case of bulk orders the actual delivery time depends upon the order size , location and available quantity of raw material which will convey separately to distributor after analyzing the order size and value.


6) Distributor must have minimum 1000 sq feet warehouse area for properly accommodation of products and will bear the warehouse rent loading/unloading charges , courier , freight charges and other incidental charges .


7) The Distributor shall ensure safe and sound custody of goods, so that goods may not be damaged or stolen .


8) In case of any damage or loss in transit , the company will give the ''Credit Note'' to Distributor against providing satisfactory report (Proper Video evidence of unboxing is required for entertaining any claims with in 03 days after delivery) .


9) The Distributor shall also ensure sale of all the products with in the expiry date of the products.


10) Distributor shall be the sole sales agency which will operate within the assigned territory and shall not cross his territory as well as not interfere in the territory assigned to another consignee sales agency moreover company will make sure that no other distributor / consignee sales agency shall be appointed to operate within the assigned territory of the Distributor.


11) Brand promotional material like (Posters, Pamphlets, Banner, etc.) provides to distributor on demand.


12) Distributor will get trade discount ranging (Min 30% to Max 69%) on MRP of the different products based on their order value.


A) For order value ranging from Rs 30,000/- to 99,999/- 5% over the retail pricing (Tier - 1)


B) For order value ranging from Rs 1,00,000/- to 1,99,999/- 10% over the retail pricing (Tier - 2)


C) For order valueRs 2,00,000/- and more 15% over the retail pricing (Tier - 3)


Company has the right to change the offered margin anytime by giving the prior notice to the distributor.


13) Company has the dynamic pricing and are market linked which is fixed only for 07 days from the date of placing the purchase order and are subject to weekly review.


14) Distributor will cooperate in promoting different sales schemes runs by the company from time to time in his operational area.


15) This agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of it's execution and are subject to be renewed there after, either party can terminate the contract by giving one month prior notice to other.
