Brosol syrup is a combination medicine to treat cough. Brosol is a cough suppressant which prescribed for the treatment of allergies, asthma, and cough associated with passive smoking & upper respiratory tract infections. It works by promoting the removal of tenacious secretions and reducing mucus stasis. Brosol Syrup also increase secretory gland output by stimulating receptors of gastric mucosa.
