Good Farm Amsul is a spice processed from a species of Mango Fruit. The Juice is extracted from the fruit and dried, to make this unique spice. * It is a rare spice only found in the Konkan region of Maharashtra. It is rich in dietary fiber and low in calories and contains absolutely no cholesterol and saturated fats. * Widely used in veg curries, fish curries and also as tea by soaking in water * Enhances immune function by acting as a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. * It contains B complex vitamins such as niacin, thiamin and folic acid plus high levels of Vitamin C. It is a good source of magnesium, potassium and manganese. * One of the most popular preparations is that of solkadi, in which coconut milk and Amsul are used. It can be had as a drink after meals to aid digestion or along with rice and vegetables.
