The bagged material is poured into the hopper, where a feeding wheel fills the mixing chamber continuously.
The water necessary to obtain the mixture is injected into the mixing chamber. The water flow is kept constant through a technical stabilization system and controlled by a valve that starts or stops the flow if necessary. The amount of water in the mixture can be viewed in the water flow meter and can be adjusted according to the needs through a water of valve. The material is very fast mixing with water and immediately sucked by the screw pump (stator and rotor) and pushed to the mortar hose until to spraying gun. The material flow can be started or stopped
