The crisp, layered Instant Malabar Paratha that we offer comes in a ready to eat form. With Sankalpâs Malabar Paratha in your freezer, messing with dough, kneading or painstaking rolling out is no longer required. Simply follow the instructions on the packet and serve perfect parathas in minutes. It has a long shelf life of 24months.
Take Malabar Paratha directly from the freezer. Open the packet and take as many parathas as required. Keep the remaining back in the freezer immediately. Place the paratha on a pre-heated pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil/butter to the side of the pan. Heat for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame while flipping every 30 seconds. Keep pressing the paratha gently until both the surfacestum golden brown. Repeat the above steps for another paratha. Do not Microwave.
