Synthetic Rubber Adhesive - Adhezile SR 915
DESCRIPTION: Adhezile SR-915 is a synthetic rubber based contact adhesive specially designed for Industrial applications. It provides excellent bonding strength. The adhesive dries to a tough, flexible film with good resistance to water and aging. This adhesive can be applied by brush, or roller.
APPLICATION AREA: Adhezile SR-915 is used to bond variety of substrates in painted metal, Mild steel, glass, galvanized steel, chip board, PU sheet, leather, leather board, Cementous flooring , GRP, Rigid PVC board, synthetic fabrics etc. which are encountered in various industries like Automotive , Railway, Vehicle building, Construction & Electrical areas of ship-building and many others. This adhesive is not recommended for non-polar substrates like Polythene, Teflon. Also remember not to apply this adhesive directly on substrates which get affected by solvents viz. Styrofoam (Thermocol).

COVERAGE: Approx 300 gms per square meter on non-porous substrates. However, coverage quantity may vary on porous substrates like wood, leather etc.
SHELF LIFE: One year from the date of manufacture when stored in sealed container under cool & dry storage conditions at ambient temperature.
STORAGE & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Store the adhesive in a cool & dry area. Keep the adhesive container closed when not in use. The adhesive is highly flammable hence smoking and naked flame must be avoided in the working area. Proper ventilation must be provided on the shop-floor.
PACKING: 500 ml, 1 Liter, 5 Liter, 30 Liter.
