We offer mastectomy bras, adaptive lingerie, and everyday lingerie which is specially made to suit them. We work mainly via our online store and select retail stores to ensure that women feel empowered and respected every single day.

Launching Sugar Shell into the intimate wear category posed many challenges. They ranged from joining a competitive industry to developing a positioning strategy based on proper fitting and comfort. Creating comfortable and properly fitting products demanded numerous tests and fabric choices.

Working with manufacturers, dealing with Amazon issues, handling sizing returns, and managing our inventory considering our limited financial resources were some other obstacles. What I have learned is that women buy not only intimate wear but also comfort, confidence, and proper foundation.
