Requirements to Become Distributors

Minimum 250 Sq.ft. space required to store and display DERMAWECARE product range efficiently.

Initial investment of 0.35 Lac to 2.00 Lac rupees to start distributorship operations.

Ability to maintain adequate inventory levels ensuring consistent supply for customers and retailers.

Willingness to actively promote DERMAWECARE products and adhere to company’s pricing guidelines.

 Distributor is prohibited from selling Products over the internet or via direct mail or catalog

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Orders: All orders shall be submitted via written Purchase Order.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via [e.g., Bank Transfer, Cheque] within 40days of invoice date.

• Shipping: All products shall be shipped with shipping costs borne by the Distributor.

• Products from the company will be delivered with 1 WEEK TO 1 MONTH time after the order received.

• Distributor must maintain sufficient inventory to avoid products shortage.

Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice if the other party breaches a material term.
Termination Without Cause: Either party may terminate this agreement without cause with 30 days' written notice. 

Product safety

The Distributor shall indemnify the Company against claims arising from mishandling, improper storage, or misrepresentation of products by the Distributor. The Company shall indemnify the Distributor against claims arising from defects in the product itself. 

• Product Storage & Quality: Because cosmetic products can deteriorate, the agreement must specify that the distributor is liable for damage caused by improper storage conditions.

• Regulatory Compliance: The distributor must ensure they have all necessary local licenses to sell cosmetic products.

• Exclusivity: If the distributor is exclusive, the company cannot sell in that area; if non-exclusive, the company can hire others.
