Mix for Ice cream Rolls Kg pouch: This product is for making delicious, ice cream rolls, live ice cream, tawa ice cream, thai ice cream and nitrogen ice cream. Short directions for use: Just add5 litres milk. Whisk or blend well and let the batter settle for 10 minutes. Your batter is ready for use. Add 10% milk fat if desired. Add fruit, crush, paan (betel leaf), chikki (flap jack), chocolates, biscuits of your choice. Features: Appliances required: One vessel, whisk or blender, live or nitrogen ice cream making machine. Materials required: 5 liters milk. Approx no. of serves per pkt: Between 100 to 120 servings depending on the quantity that you would like to give. Preparation time: Mixing time: 10minutes, Rolling time: 5 minutes. Dough Shelf life : 3 to 4 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
